印尼千层蛋糕食谱 Indonesia Layer Cake Receipe

材料：
牛油310g
糖100g
6大匙炼乳
14个蛋黄
1小匙vanila

7个蛋白
糖100g
2滴柠檬汁

180g面粉
1小匙发粉
（过滤筛过备用）

小圆形山楂片1包半

做法：
1.牛油，炼乳和糖打至松发变白。加入蛋黄（一颗一颗加），拌均。加入vanila搅均。
2.分次加入粉类拌均。
3.用另外一个大碗加入蛋白和柠檬汁打至粗泡，分次加入糖打至干性发泡。
4.将打发蛋白分几次加入蛋黄面糊内，拌均匀。
5.用180度上火预热烤箱，在7寸已铺上油纸的方模里倒入80g面糊，铺平。烘烤5-8min左右或者看到颜色变黄就可以取出模子，看到有凸起的地方就拿竹签把它刺破，然后用汤匙或做千层蛋糕用的penekan kek压平。
6.接着刷上薄薄一层牛油, 再倒入80g面糊铺平，再铺上山楂片（每隔一层铺一次山楂片），（以上步骤至面糊用完为止）以5-8min烘烤。
7.烤最后一层时用上下火烤15min即可取出脱模待凉切片。

耗掉了4个多钟才完全的千层糕, 真的很考验耐心。。。
